Help! I ordered the wrong item!
You can amend your order up to 15 hours after you place it by going to Manage account, View order history and selecting Reopen order.
If your order has already been dispatched, we can refund any part of your order as long as the product is returned in its original condition and within 30 days.

How can I use my commission vouchers?
You may receive your commission as either online or printed vouchers.
The value of any online vouchers will be taken from your order total at the checkout.
To claim commission from a printed voucher, you must enter the voucher number into the appropriate box at checkout.

I have received a despatch email, but my order has not arrived.
If you have not received your delivery within 7 days of placing an order, please telephone Customer Service on 0845 6039091.
Paying by school requisition
If you would like to pay for your order by school requisition you have to first set up a school address.
UK orders
If you live in the UK, school requisitions must be billed and shipped to a valid school address.
You will be asked for an ‘Order Number’ and the invoice will be sent to ‘The School Secretary’.
Rest of the World
If you live outside the UK, we require full payment before we can ship your school requisition/pro-forma invoice order.
You will be asked for a ‘Contact name’ and ‘Order Number’.
Postage and packing
Postage and packing is charged as follows:
UK order

Rest of the World
- Postage and packing will be £3.50 on orders under £30.00.
- Postage and packing will be 20% on orders of £30.00 and above

What is my credit card security code?

Your card’s security code is the final three digits found on the signature strip on the reverse of your card.
Which delivery address should I choose?
If you want to pay by School Requisition, your order must be delivered to your school and you will need to create a school address.
If you live in the UK, you need to pick a school from our list. If you cannot find your school, or the address is not correct, please let us know by emailing enquiries@scholastic.co.uk, or by calling us on +44 (0) 845 6039091 between 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
NOTE: while you can have many home and work addresses, you can only have one school address, if you change your school address, the old one will be overwritten.
